Sree Swayambhu Kalabhyrava Swamy Alaya Punarnirmana Samithi accepts donations online in good faith, to support the reconstruction of the Sree Swayambhu Kalabhyrava Swamy temple. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment on this website.
All donations made towards the reconstruction of the Sree Swayambhu Kalabhyrava Swamy temple through this website are final. Once a payment is successfully made, it cannot be refunded, reversed or exchanged under any circumstances.
Every donation made to the Samithi is voluntary in nature and is treated as a contribution towards temple reconstruction. Since these contributions are used towards construction work, materials, labour and related infrastructure, no refund, cancellation or chargeback will be entertained once a donation is processed.
Donated amounts are utilised at the Samithi's discretion across the various stages and heads of the reconstruction work, based on site requirements and priority. Donors will not be entitled to a refund on the grounds that funds were allocated to a different stage of construction than originally expected.
As a matter of policy, the Samithi does not accept cancellation requests for any donation made through this website, whether the request is made before or after the payment is processed.
In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a failed transaction or a duplicate payment, donors may contact the Samithi office with the payment details. Such cases will be verified with the concerned bank or payment gateway, and resolved accordingly.
