This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to any physical item, such as receipts, acknowledgment letters or informational material relating to temple reconstruction, that Sree Swayambhu Kalabhyrava Swamy Alaya Punarnirmana Samithi may send to a donor's address. Please read this policy along with our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Cancellation Policy before making a donation.
This policy covers donation receipts, acknowledgment letters and any other physical documentation that the Samithi may occasionally send to a donor's address in connection with a contribution made towards temple reconstruction. This website does not involve the sale or shipment of any commercial goods.
Donors must provide a complete and accurate address, including pin code and a reachable phone number, at the time of making a donation if a physical receipt or acknowledgment is required. The Samithi is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery caused by an incomplete, incorrect or outdated address supplied by the donor.
Where a physical receipt or acknowledgment is sent, it is generally dispatched by ordinary post within 7 to 15 working days of the donation being confirmed. Delivery timelines depend on the postal service and the destination location, and may extend further in remote areas.
No separate delivery charges are levied on donors for receipts or acknowledgment letters sent by the Samithi. Any exceptional charges, if applicable, will be communicated to the donor in advance.
The Samithi makes every reasonable effort to ensure receipts and acknowledgments reach donors safely, but is not liable for delays, loss or damage occurring in transit once the item has been handed over to the postal department. Donors may contact the Samithi office with their payment details for assistance.
As stated in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, all donations made towards temple reconstruction are non-refundable, irrespective of whether a physical receipt or acknowledgment has been dispatched.
